Stuart K. Cohen
Stuart Cohen’s practice emphasizes problem solving and dispute resolution, primarily in the areas of real estate, condominium and homeowner association law, and computer and intellectual property law. Stuart’s experience includes representing numerous clients in formal and informal dispute resolution processes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation in state court. Stuart’s intellectual property practice includes experience in internet law, and licensing agreements and royalty disputes in the intellectual property rights arena. Stuart is also an active member of the firm’s condominium and homeowner association law practice group.
