Robert H. Schmidt
Rob has helped clients prevail in numerous high profile lawsuits and transactions, many worth over $1 million. These include cases involving enforcement of creditor’s rights and security interests, land encroachment claims, construction issues, employment disputes and acquisitions. He has represented over 100 condominium associations, both residential and commercial, in all manner of common-interest community issues. Rob has also represented many of the state’s largest financial institutions. He brings his talents to the firm’s practice areas of civil litigation, banking, commercial transactions, corporate, real estate and employment law.
