Joshua D. Hodes

Josh Hodes represents corporate and individual clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, including purchases and sales, leases, financing arrangements, and development projects. Additionally, Josh’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business formation and corporate governance matters. He also works with Alaska Native corporations on government contracting, land and shareholder issues, and provides estate planning services.
