Requirements for enrollment

25 C.F.R. § 69.3


Note: This regulation was repealed prior to 1990 and is not currently in force. It is provided as a matter of historical interest.

          The roll shall consist of the names of all persons who meet the definition of Native and who were born on or before and were living on December 18, 1971.
