ANCSA Enrollment Regulations

Note: This regulation was repealed prior to 1990 and is not currently in force. It is provided as a matter of historical interest.

          Amendments to enrollment applications or amended applications filed pursuant to the Act of January 2, 1976, will not be considered originally or on appeal unless filed (received by the Enrollment Coordinating Office) on or before April 2, 1977. All such amendments or amended applications received subsequent to April 2, 1977, will be returned to the applicant without action.
