ANCSA Regulations

          Except as provided in section 2653.10, applications for selections under this subpart will be rejected after all allocated lands, as provided in section 2653.1, have been exhausted, or if the application is received after the following dates, whichever occurs first:

          (a) As to primary place of residence -- December 18, 1973.

          (b) As to all recipients described in sections 14(h)(1), (2), and (3) of the Act -- December 31, 1976.

          (c) As to all recipients under section 14(h)(8) of the Act and section 2653.1(b) -- September 18, 1978.
